YOUR PRIVACY

For proper treatment, it is necessary for me, as your treating therapist, to create a file. This is a legal obligation imposed by the Medical Treatment Contracts Act (WGBO). Your file contains notes about your health and information about the examinations and treatments performed. We do our best to protect your privacy. This means, among other things, that we: handle your personal and medical information with care, ensure that unauthorized persons do not have access to your information, As your treating therapist, I am the only person who has access to the information in your file. I am legally bound by confidentiality (professional secrecy).

 

The information in your file may be used for the following purposes:

• To inform other healthcare providers, for example, when therapy has been completed or when a referral is made to another practitioner. This is only done with your explicit consent.

• A small portion of the data from your file is used for financial administration, so that I or my administrator can prepare an invoice.

If I wish to use your data for any other reason, I will first inform you and explicitly request your permission.

PRIVACY ON YOUR HEALTH BILL

The health insurance bill you receive contains the information requested by your health insurer, so you can submit this bill to your insurer.

PRIVACY ON EMAIL

Emails sent via the contact form will be delivered to the practitioner's inbox. The practitioner is the only one who processes the email and handles the information with care. The emails are not stored.

A visit to this website is anonymously recorded by Google Analytics; the location and time spent are noted.
