​​My name is Nataly Milena Orozco Mercado. I was born on the 25th of September 1993 in Barranquilla, Colombia. After 10 months my parents and I moved to Aruba. This is where I unconsciously developed my connection with nature, which in a later stage of my life made a lot of sense to me. After almost 9 years of living in Aruba, me and my parents moved to Europe. I have been living in the Netherlands since 2002.

 

My journey into exploring alternative medicine began some time ago. After a car accident in 2015, I started to re-evaluate my life. I realized that I had got to know myself mostly on a superficial level. The car accident initiated more debt and meaning into my life. I felt that there had to be more to my life and the world around me compared to the life I was living before. Especially going back to the moment I was born and the pure connection between heaven and earth, which I now know is very important to bring understanding towards your life path. All of this got me asking:

‘What is my purpose to reincarnate in this lifetime?’

Moving forward from this realization, I started reading more books related to self-development and in doing so I got more conscious about society as a collective. A dear friend of mine named Justin de Jager gave me a beautiful book called: 'Vader Aarde'. Never in my life have I finished reading a book from a to z, but this book was the key to finding my way back to my true nature. Many more books followed and I became more and more aware of the deeper meaning of life, my being, my roots and my purpose.

 

Meanwhile I had started my second dance education at the Fontys Dance Academy in Tilburg where I graduated as a professional dancer in Urban Contemporary dance. Prior to this, I had graduated from the Fasttrack/ArtEZ MBO dance education. During many years of dancing professionally, I experienced many injuries. For a long time, I had problems with my knees. Until I visited acupuncturist Ellen Offermans. This was my first encounter with acupuncture, little did I know, this treatment would changed my life’s course and view upon healing and medicine. After the acupuncture treatment, I was finally able to move my knees comfortably and pain free again. A whole new world opened up to me and the exploration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) began.

 

After researching TCM and other ancient knowledge regarding self development, healing and my roots

for some years I had a dream that contained a clear message. My dream showed me that I truly needed

to pursue this work as an acupuncturist and so as a healer. This important confirmation towards my path led to me studying at the Qing Bai Academy for Chinese Medicine in 2021. Naturally, I was very eager to learn everything about acupuncture and TCM. In my second year at the Qing Bai Academy I already started practicing and helping friends and family with acupuncture and cupping treatments. I combined this with the knowledge I learned from my Colombian roots, the many knowledge I have read from books and the experiences from great teachers, healers and messengers during my journey. Birth Chart Readings, hand reading, gemstones healing and angel/tarot cards were an extra and a deeper connection to my treatments. Later I started combining this with what the body can tell.

 

Along my healing road I noticed I was practicing with a lot of people that were movers in any type of way; dancers, atheletes, artist, acrobats and actors. Because of this I gained a couple of years of extensive experience with the intensive moving body and its complex spiritual aspect. Nature Yin Motion was born.

The connection to Nature is to understand balance, the Yin and Yang, the stillnes and the Motion.
